Can a diabetic eat mango?

  • Unusual weight loss: This usually happens with diabetes 1; when your body does not get the nutrient it deserves it soon starts to cannibalize muscle tissue and fat.

Your doctor would advise you to change your current lifestyle and to cut back on habits such as smoking or drinking.
