Eating one egg per day either in the morning or at night is a good diet plan. If you are on a high protein diet, then you can have more than one egg in a day.

Before Heading Out in The Sun: If you are one who spends a lot of time under the sun including egg in your diet is a must. Leutin and zeaxanthin are two antioxidants that can be found in eggs. These antioxidants are great for strengthening eyesight.  Every day our eyes go through damages due to exposure to UV. The UV rays up the probability to develop a cataract in our eyes. The leutin and zeaxanthin in eggs prevent the formation of cataract.
